Increasing ram effect with increased speed.

Reduces thrust due to reduced turbine temperature

Reduces thrust due to reduced compressor efficiency

Increases thrust due to increased maximum airflow

When the aircraft speeds up, the air entering the engine is forced to stagnate more effectively, raising the ram pressure at the inlet. That means the compressor face sees a higher pressure and, for a given compressor speed, a greater mass flow of air can be pushed through the engine. More air entering the combustor allows more fuel to be burned (within limits), so more energy is added and the exhaust momentum increases. The net result is an increase in thrust, driven by the larger maximum airflow through the engine.

That’s why the best choice is that thrust increases due to the increased maximum airflow. The other options imply a reduction in thrust due to turbine temperature or compressor efficiency, which isn’t the primary effect of ram rise, and the option of no effect isn’t accurate because ram pressure does change the engine’s operating point.
